The complaint in this action contains two causes of action. The first seeks a judgment in the sum of $217.50 as freight charges which, it is alleged, defendants agreed to pay on a tractor and attachments shipped by plaintiff to defendants from La Porte, Indiana, to Dutton, Montana, pursuant to a contract of purchase and sale.
