Reversing.

In December, 1908, E. J. Harris was appointed and qualified as the statutory guardian of Sylvia Preston, Mildred Preston and Fern Preston, infants under 14 years of age. After his appointment he received as their guardian the sum of $2,042.48. Of this amount he paid out the sum of $254.51, leaving a balance in his hands of $1,787.97. Some time prior to the settlement in the county court, he purchased a lot in the town of Paints-ville, the title to which was conveyed to him as guardian for the infants. The price paid for the lot…
