Robert U. Boian died testate November 4, 1926, a citizen and resident of Garrard county, Ky.
By the first clause of Ms will testator directed that his executor sell all his personal property, excepting certain items, and also sell the farm he then owned, known as the George Allen farm, situated on Copper Creek turnpike in Garrard county, and empowered his executor to convey said land with fee-simple title to the purchaser thereof.
