This is an action for' damages for the wrongful death of plaintiff’s wife, when a passenger on defendant’s bus. Plaintiff obtained a verdict for $10,000.00 and defendant has appealed from the judgment entered.

The ease was submitted on plaintiff’s Instruction No. 1 requiring a finding of the following facts concerning the occurrence': “That on January 13th, 1945, said bus mentioned in evidence stopped to discharge passengers at 15th and Grand Avenue, and that plaintiff’s wife followed other passengers to the front door on the right-hand side to get off of said bus in the usual and ordinary way…
