BOOCHEVER, Justice.
Defendant Howard Lee Harrelson appeals from the judgment of conviction sentencing him to five years imprisonment with two and one-half years suspended for possession of heroin in violation of AS 17.-10.010. The only question presented here is whether the court below erred in refusing to exclude the fruits of a search made pursuant to a search warrant.
