Before RABINOWITZ, C. J., and CONNOR, ERWIN, BOOCHEVER and BURKE, JJ. BOOCHEVER, Justice.

Anthony Larry Keller was found guilty of two separate offenses: possession of amphetamine tablets with intent to distribute or sell that drug and possession of heroin.

He appeals from a denial of his motion to suppress certain evidence and from the sentence imposed. Keller contends that the affidavit, on the basis of which a search warrant was issued, was defective because it did not allege as its basis the personal knowledge of an unnamed informant, and it did not supply other facts sufficiently…
