MEMORANDUM & ORDER

GORTON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Ariel Ayanna (“Ayanna”) sues defendant law firm Dechert, LLP (“Dechert”) for retaliation under the Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. § 2615(a)(2) (Count I) and sex discrimination in violation of M.G.L. c. 151B, § 4(1) (“Chapter 151B”) (Count II). Currently before the Court is defendant’s motion for summary judgment and plaintiffs opposition thereto.
