This is an appeal in a trade-mark opposition proceeding from the decision of the Commissioner of Patents, 73 USPQ 417, reversing the decision of the Examiner of Interferences dismissing appellee’s notice of opposition to the registration of the term “BORDO” as a trademark for use on canned citrus products for food purposes, namely, grapefruit segments and broken segments, grapefruit and orange juices, blended juices and marmalade, jellies and packaged dates.
