The claimant, Charles Dove, on the 10th day of June, 1925, while in the employment of the Baltimore Tube Company, one of the appellants, suffered an accidental injury causing hernia, which necessitated an operation. Upon application made by the claimant, he, on July 3rd, 1925, was awarded compensation by the State Industrial Accident Commission for temporary total disability to August 22nd, 1925. On the next day, August 23rd, he returned to work, but he was unable to do the work he had been doing before his accident.
