From the findings of the court it appears that the Eastern Star Homes was organized as a non-profit corporation under the provisions of section 593 of the Civil Code by the Grand *863Chapter of the State of California of the Order of Eastern Star. Its articles of incorporation state that the purpose of its organization is “to own, control, conduct and manage homes, hospitals and asylums for the care, maintenance and support of aged, indigent or infirm members of the Order of the Eastern Star”.
