THOMSEN, Chief Judge.
The defendants in these three cases seek a stay of the orders and injunctions •entered by this court on July 7, 1960, following the opinion reported sub nom. United States v. Mills et al., 185 F.Supp. 709.
Facts.
This is an action under sec. 8a(6) of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, 7 U.S.C.A. § 608a(6), to require defendants to comply with the provisions of Order No. 127, 24 F.R. 11071, 7 C.F.R.
