QUIST, District Judge.

The Court has before it Defendant’s, Kalamazoo Ophthalmology, emergency motion for disqualification, sanctions, protective order and order to show cause. By this motion, Defendant seeks disqualification of Plaintiffs counsel, William F. Piper (“Piper”), and various other forms of relief, on the ground that Piper had improper ex parte contacts with a former employee of Defendant who possessed extensive knowledge of attorney-client communications directly related to this litigation.
