In this medical malpractice case, the plaintiff, Jacqueline Wilkerson, successor special administrator of the estate of Beverly Newsome, deceased, appeals from an order granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants, County of Cook, d/b/a Cook County Hospital, Jaya Ahuja, M.D., and Henry Ching.
