This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court affirming an award of the Workmen’s Compensation Com mission in favor of the widow of Louis DeMoss who had been an employee of Evens & Howard Fire Brick Company.

The only question involved is whether the evidence is sufficient to support the finding of the commission, that the injury the employee received and which caused his dleath arose out of and in the course of his employment.
