This action was instituted by Jessie M. Garrett, as plaintiff, for the purpose of obtaining an order directing the involuntary dissolution of defendant corporation under the provisions of Rem. Rev. Stat. (Sup.), § 3803-50 [P.P.C. §446-5].
The amended petition (filed February 20, 1948) alleged that plaintiff was a shareholder of the corporation; that the corporate assets were insufficient to pay all just demands for which it was liable; and that the corporation was insolvent.
