Eastern Kentucky University expelled Zachary Herrell after its Office of Equity and Inclusion determined that Herrell committed sexual misconduct in violation of the University’s Non-Discrimination and Harassment Policy. Herrell did not participate in the investigation or the sanctioning phase of the proceedings.
