North American Dismantling Corp. and North American Demolition Corp. (the “Companies”), appeal from an order of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) affirming the judgment of an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) that they violated section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act, which makes it an unfair labor practice for an employer to “interfere with, restrain, or coerce employees in the exercise of their rights” to engage in concerted activities.
