Plaintiffs Steven Glenn Ottem and Carrie Ottem seek damages from the United States of America (government) 1 under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(b), 2671-2680. The action arises out of a motor vehicle accident in which plaintiff Steven G. Ottem suffered severe personal injuries. The matter was tried before this court for five days.
