Blicha (Claimant) petitions for review of the August 4, 2004 order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) that denied Claimant benefits pursuant to Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex.Sess., P.L.
