I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiffs Ritchie Risk-Linked Strategies Trading (Ireland), Ltd. and Ritchie Risk-Linked Strategies Trading (Ireland) II, Ltd. (together, “Plaintiffs”) brought this action alleging breach by defendants Coventry First LLC, the Coventry Group, Inc., Montgomery Capital, Inc. and LST I LLC (together, “Defendants”) of a series of contracts under which Plaintiffs purchased secondary-market life insurance policies from Defendants.
