Plaintiff is the holder of thirty percent of the capital stock of defendant, MyJoVE Corporation. He is a founder of the corporation and is one of three principal shareholders. In his complaint, the only relief he seeks is for the court to order that he be allowed to inspect and copy records of the corporation.
