This cause is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss the Complaint, to' Strike Part of the Complaint, and to Dismiss Defendant IVERSON, YOAKUM, PAPIANO & HATCH for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction filed September 7,1993, and response thereto filed September 23, 1993.. STANDARD OF REVIEW
