Plaintiff brought this action against, among others, defendants Kennington Properties, Inc. and Green Island Associates (hereinafter collectively referred to as defendants) to recover for injuries sustained in a January 14, 1985 construction accident at the Sagamore Hotel in the Town of Bolton, Warren County. It is undisputed that Green Island, a general partnership, is equitable owner of the property and that Kennington, Norman Wolgin and Marion Wolgin are its general partners.
