For the sake of convenience we will describe the parties to this suit as plaintiffs and defendants as was done in the trial court.
This suit was originally brought in the district court of Grayson county by W. L. Dickson and R. M. Gilbert, as equitable trustees for the Baptist Missionary and Educational Convention of the State of Texas, a colored religious corporation, against E. Arlington Wilson, J. S. Simmons, T. S.
