Before the court is a petition filed pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 3118 by Thomas A. Livingston. Livingston *33seeks to obtain the assistance of this court in enforcing a 1991 writ of attachment issued in Dauphin County. For reasons set forth below, this court grants Livingston’s request for relief.
