On July 7, 2005, defendant Efrain Gomez Aristizabel (“Aristizabel”) pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute five kilograms and more of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. Section 846,. one count of possession with intent to distribute seven kilograms of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. Sections 812, 841(a)(1), and 841(b)(1)(A), and one count of conspiracy to launder the proceeds of narcotics trafficking, in violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 1956(h). (Dkt.
