I. concur with that portion of the main opinion reversing the Madison • Circuit Court’s judgment insofar as it awarded Joseph Allen (“the dependent”) excessive burial expenses. I also concur with much of the discussion regarding compensability—i.e., whether the accident that caused the death of Suzanne Sharp, Allen (“the employee”) arose out of and in the course of her employment—although I do not entirely agree with the relevancy of some of the evidence cited in the main opinion in support of the court’s conclusión as to that issue.
