BRYANT, Judge.

Where the trial court could determine from the testimony presented that defendant had committed a new offense, such that defendant had violated the terms of his probation, the trial court did not err in revoking defendant's probation.

On 30 January 2013, defendant Martin Edward Stack Coleman pled guilty to one count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute a Schedule II controlled substance, and selling a Schedule II controlled substance.
