Introduction
Appellant Selous Rashad (“Rashad”) appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis following a jury trial. The jury convicted Rashad of two counts of first-degree attempted forcible sodomy, in violation of Section 566.060;1 two counts of first-degree attempted statutory sodomy, in violation of Section 566.062; and one count of first-degree child molestation, in violation of Section 566.067.
