This action was brought by the trustee in bankruptcy of the Sol Due Mineral Water Company, an insolvent corporation, against the respondent to recover the value of an automobile truck, delivered to respondent by the acting manager of the concern prior to the time a receiver was appointed in the state courts to take charge of the affairs of the corporation and prior to the time bankruptcy proceedings were instituted in the Federal court.
