This action stems from the parties’ efforts to develop, manufacture and distribute machines utilized in a “wet cleaning” process for “dry-clean only” clothing. Defendants move to dismiss this case under the anticipatory filing doctrine, and for lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue and insufficient service of process. In the alternative, Defendants move to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
