Before the Court is defendant’s Motion to Dismiss plaintiff’s complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction or, alternatively, to dismiss Count II of plaintiff’s complaint for failure to state a cause of action for conversion. Plaintiff has responded to defendant’s motion and has moved for an Order requiring defendant to pay plaintiff the reasonable expenses and attorneys’ fees incurred in deposing three of defendant’s employees in New York and in preparing plaintiff’s motion for an award of reasonable expenses and attorneys’ fees.
