Appeal by the employer and its insurance carrier from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board discharging the Special Fund for Reopened Cases under section 25-a of the Workmen’s Compensation Law from liability. On March 11, 1958 claimant, a machine molder in a foundry, sustained an accidental injury to his back.
