MEMORANDUM OPINION

INTRODUCTION

On February 6, 2012, I issued a memorandum opinion discussing the question of the admissibility of plaintiffs Exhibit 40 under Rules 901 and 803(6), Fed.R.Evid. See Minemyer v. R-Boc Representatives, Inc., 2012 WL 379904, *4 (N.D.Ill.2012). Exhibit 40 is a 16-page document in power point form that was produced by Verizon during discovery pursuant to subpoena.
