Eric L. Green was found guilty of 99 counts of sexual abuse of children (possession of child pornography) and one count of criminal use of communication facility.1

*476He was charged after the Pennsylvania State Police uncovered evidence that he had downloaded child pornography using a peer-to-peer file-sharing network known as BitTorrent.
