Antonio Howard ("Movant") appeals the motion court's dismissal of his pro se Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief ("motion") without an evidentiary hearing. We reverse.

I. BACKGROUND

Movant was convicted in the Circuit Court of St. Louis City ("motion court") of three counts of first-degree robbery, two counts of attempted first-degree robbery, and five counts of armed eriminal action.
