Henry Mack and wife bring this suit against the Houston East & West Tesas Railway Company to recover damages for the death of their son, Ellis Mack, 15 years of age, alleged to have been occasioned by the negligence of defendant. The trial court sustained a general demurrer to plaintiffs’ petition, and, plaintiffs declining to amend, dismissed the suit. From the judgment of dismissal, plaintiffs appeal.
