O’BRIEN, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence imposed by the Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County following appellant’s conviction of murder of the third degree.

Appellant raises eleven issues in this appeal. However, the single critical issue presented is whether the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury on the complete statutory law of voluntary manslaughter.
