DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY
{¶ 1} Appellant, Catherine Lowery, as guardian of her minor son, Michael Lowery, appeals from an entry of summary judgment that was entered against her and in favor of appellees, David Ondrus and Angela Ondrus. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
