ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTIONS TO DISMISS

I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ United Parcel Service (“UPS”), Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (“Lib erty Mutual”), and Dr. Paul Drouillard, Motions to Dismiss.
Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss are GRANTED. Plaintiffs’ action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
II. BACKGROUND
