Appellants, Mary Flynn and Margaret Flynn, filed their suit in the circuit court of Cook county against Helen Troesch (hereinafter sometimes referred to as Helen Shanahan) to contest and set aside a will of David Shanahan, executed October 5, 1936, and, for further relief, prayed that a marriage claimed to have been celebrated on the same day between David Shanahan and Helen Shananan be declared void, because of mental incapacity on the part of David Shanahan.
