On the 12th day of July, 1967, an unverified complaint was filed in the municipal court of the City of Casper, Wyoming, charging the defendant, A. B. Shaf-sky, with the sale of alcoholic beverages to a minor in violation of and contrary to an ordinance of the city. In response thereto defendant entered a plea of not guilty, was tried, convicted, and sentenced to serve ten days in the city jail. Thereupon an appeal was taken and perfected to the district court.
