This case concerns a Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) request submitted by plaintiffs National Day Laborer Organizing Network, Asian Americans Advancing Justice — Asian Law Caucus, and the Immigration justice Clinic of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School óf Law (collectively, “plaintiffs”) to various federal agencies seeking records related to the Department of Homeland Security’s Priority Enforcement Program.
