This action was brought by the Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, a corporation, against the defendant, Aurora Cooperative Elevator Company, for conversion of milo in which the plaintiff claimed a security interest. The milo was purchased by defendant from Clyde C. Carnes. The district court entered judgment for $3,728.51 against the defendant. The defendant has appealed.
