HUNT, District Judge.
Before the Court are plaintiffs motion to certify the class [8]; defendant’s motion to file a response brief in excess of the page limitation [11]; and plaintiffs motion to file a reply brief in excess of the page limitation [13]. As an initial matter, the Court grants the motions to file briefs of excess pages.
