AND NOW, this 8th day of February, 1993 upon consideration of Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment, Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment or, in the alternative, to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Request for Punitive Damages, and Compensatory Damages and to Strike Plaintiff’s Demand for a Jury Trial, it is hereby ORDERED that the Plaintiff’s Motion is DENIED and Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED.
