Quinton Wade Wright was convicted by a jury of indecency with a child by sexual contact. 1 The jury assessed Wright’s punishment at five years’ imprisonment, and he was sentenced accordingly.
Wright appeals, alleging the trial court erred: 1) in allowing the State to introduce evidence he had taken a polygraph examination, 2) in admitting into evidence a videotaped forensic interview of the victim, and 3) in failing to admit evidence about other allegations of sexual misconduct made by R.C. against other men.
