Following a trial in the Circuit Court of Cook County, a judgment order was entered declaring the zoning ordinance of the defendant, City of Park Ridge, invalid and void with respect to certain property upon which the plaintiffs, La Salle National Bank, as trustee, and McDonald’s Corporation, seek to develop a McDonald’s restaurant.
