Appellant Robert A. Levy filed the instant employment discrimination action against the Regents of the University of California and some of its employees under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) (Gov. Code, § 12900 et seq.) and the federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) (29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.). Appellant claims discrimination in hiring based on age.
