This petition for writ of mandate seeks to set aside discovery orders made by the court below directing petitioner Cobb to answer certain questions asked at his deposition relating to his financial affairs, and directing petitioner Dover Equities, Inc., to respond to interrogatories seeking its net worth for the years 1976, 1977 and 1978. * 1 Each order contained protective provisions limiting the information to be provided for the use of plaintiff’s counsel and plaintiff and only for purposes of the litigation.
